G. Stephens and Associates, Inc. formed in September 2011 to assist home owners to better know their home. Now in our eighth year, we have performed more than 3,500 inspections for our clients. We have continued to expand our knowledge and certifications. Glenn currently is a Florida-licensed Home Inspector, Registered Professional Inspector through the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI-RPI), Certified Master Inspector through the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI-CMI), Certified Inspector through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI-ACI), and Florida Certified Residential (CRC) & Roofing (CCC) Contractor. We have further expanded our scope to become a Florida Continuing Education Provider for Home Inspectors and Contractors.
